Wildlife Photographer of the Year
Updated: a day ago
I woke up on Thursday and it was cold and wet, luckily it brightened up a bit and it was one of those glorious autumn days when the strength of the sun is enough to keep you warm.
I put on my favourite boots to keep my legs warm then headed to a newer spot in town; Baba Budan at the Arches. As you may know I can’t start my day without a good cup of coffee and when the cafe specialises in yummy donuts it would be rude not to try one!
I hadn’t made the trip into town just for coffee, I swear! I was actually heading for the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at the Museum. The exhibition opened in London at the Natural History Museum but it is currently on loan until 19 February 2017 so you have more than enough time to stop by!
Of course you’re not allowed to take photos of the exhibition so you really do have to check it out for yourself. There are some great shots; I was particularly impressed by the young photographers…10 year olds can take incredible photos!
After a good look at the photos I went for a wander around the rest of the museum, I mean who can resist this space?
So if you find yourself with some free time and you’re looking for something to do then get down the museum for the exhibition.
